The Greek Golden Visa Programme offers eligible non-EU investors the opportunity to obtain a renewable residence permit through property investment in Greece.
Both available loft residences in Chania qualify for the programme and are offered at €300,000 each.
Successful applicants receive a Greek residence permit valid for five years.
The permit can be renewed, provided the required investment conditions continue to be met.
